Terms and Conditions
A booking can be made either by use of the website booking form, by contacting the owner by telephone or email, or via third party holiday websites which advertise this property. Notification of receipt of any booking request will be sent by email. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, confirmation will be sent by email or in writing, and all websites will be updated to show the property as booked. Please check thoroughly that the details on this confirmation are correct and notify any inaccuracies as soon as possible. Once the owner has sent this confirmation notice a binding contractual agreement for the booking exists. The balance of 75% becomes due 70 days prior to your stay. If booking less than 70 days before your arrival date the full balance is due on booking. The renter is responsible for ensuring any balance is paid when due.
All prices and payments are in UK pounds. A currency converter is provided here should you wish to compare UK pounds with other currencies. Electronic bank transfer is available; please ask for account details. Payment can also be made by debit and credit card through Paypal. Please include your preference for this type of payment in the additional information box in the booking form. An email will be sent with a link to Paypal where you can make a secure payment. You do not require your own Paypal account to use this facility. When directed to the Paypal site either: log-in, if you have a Paypal account; or, click on ‘continue’ where directed if you do not have a Paypal account, and complete the payment instruction. For all types of payment the booking will only be confirmed when payment is received. Any discrepancies between prices displayed on rental websites are entirely accidental and in this instance the accurate value is the price shown within this website.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to cover loss, breakage or damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay. Any such loss, breakage or damage must be reported. It is requested that you treat the apartment with the same consideration as you would your own home. The cost of repairs or replacements will be taken from the security deposit as necessary.
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, smoking is prohibited within the apartment.
If you cancel more than 60 days before your stay the deposit will be retained but you will not be liable for the balance. If you have paid the full balance and cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date 50% of the full balance will be retained. If you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date there be no refund.
Following receipt of the final balance, and close to your departure date, you will be forwarded an email with directions and access codes for both the Crystal Court complex and the apartment, and any additional information required for your stay.
